Bid Manager – Mission-Critical Construction – Lisbon, Portugal

€100,000 – €110,000 base + €1,200/month net living allowance + accommodation + flights + 10:4 rotation

A European leader in complex data centre and infrastructure delivery is seeking a Bid Manager to lead high-value tender submissions for mission-critical projects across the Nordics and wider Europe.

You’ll be the driving force behind competitive, compliant, and compelling bid packages, collaborating across engineering, commercial, planning, and operations teams to secure some of the most technically ambitious projects on the continent.

Your Role:

• Manage the full bid lifecycle from initial strategy to final submission
• Analyse RFPs and client documents to extract scope, risk, and value opportunity
• Coordinate inputs from CSA/MEP engineering, procurement, legal, and estimating teams
• Prepare executive-level submissions including commercial strategy, pricing, and bid compliance
• Drive internal reviews, manage timelines, and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Support post-submission queries, clarifications, and interviews with client teams

You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience managing large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data centre bids
• Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of cost structures and value drivers
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead bid teams under tight deadlines
• Proven ability to interpret technical inputs and turn them into clear, winning proposals
• Fluency in English is essential; Portuguese or other languages a bonus
